Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return/exchange an item purchased from besilkdesign.it Whether purchased through the same online platform or another online sales platform, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return the item. Items must be returned with all original tags and in perfect condition.
Return conditions
1. Return of defective products
The customer has the right to a return if the supplied products are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant with the ordered items. Returns can be made up to 15 days after notification of the defect, and the product must retain its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of their right to a refund or exchange (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will process the refund within 10 business days from the date of email confirmation of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as the reason for the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The refund will always be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Refund due to cancellation
If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they may return them within 14 calendar days of receipt. The seller will issue a refund in the form of a voucher/credit note within 5 business days from the date of email confirmation of the right to exchange. The right to return only applies if the products:
They must not have been used (unless the product information states otherwise); They must retain their original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);
They must be complete (e.g., both items of a pair must be returned); they must not have been tampered with and must retain the identification tag.
3. Return of offers
The return of a gifted product must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who purchased it so that they can proceed with the return, in accordance with the return conditions, due to defect or non-conformity.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as the reason for the return, the full amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher or credit note.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made in the form of a voucher or credit note.
How to proceed

Step 2: Place the item in the box.
You can use the original packaging you received the order in, or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged.
If using the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you wish to return inside.
Close the package and seal it with adhesive tape.
If the box has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them.
Step 3: Article submission

Step 4: Exchange/Refund
After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the customer.
You can make a direct exchange or create a Credit Note (valid for 6 months).
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders in progress are not allowed.
